Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing viewdock.click or booking a studio, you agree to these Terms. If booking on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Rates are listed per billing unit (hour, day, or flat fee) in the catalog.
  • Requests made via the cart are not confirmed until we email acceptance.
  • Security deposits may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Full refund 7+ days prior, 50% refund 3–6 days prior; within 72 hours, credit only. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Follow building rules, occupancy limits, and fire codes.
  • No smoking or open flames unless approved in writing.
  • Animals allowed only with prior notice; you assume responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse facilities, damage property, or engage in unlawful or unsafe activities. You are responsible for your team and guests.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content and branding of Dockview Studio Rentals are protected. You retain rights in your own creative works produced during rentals.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains data practices. By using our services, you consent to those practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
